The objectives of the Programme are
to:
- Centralise all administrative, financial and

- Achieve a net headcount reduction of between
120-150 FTEs
- Attain targeted cost savings through process
re-engineering, adoption of best practices and improved ways of working with
limited systems enhancements
- Recruit approximately 150 staff to the Shared
Service Centre of appropriate calibre and cost
- Secure and refit new Shared Service Centre
location
- Manage the successful closure of regional
offices and associated redundancy programme
- Ensure minimal impact on a major client IT
Infrastructure implementation programme
- Migrate to the Shared Service Centre building
without major business disruption
