Programme and Change Management responsibilities with sole responsibility for delivery.  The programme is tasked with the centralising of all administrative, financial and commercial support activities into a single national Shared Service Centre reducing complexity and making the ATS Euromaster organisation more manageable.  Total Budget £20 million with P&L responsibility, ensuring the stated Business Case benefits are achieved.

Programme and Change Management responsibilities.  These comprising managing the relationship between the client’s business and IBM, the IT Outsourcer in the Application Development arena.  Total Budget of £50 million and total responsibility for the ntl: home division.

 

Cable and Wireless Global

Total responsibility for the globalisation of the companies desktop with budgetary definition and control (P&L) in order enable the refocusing of the company into an ASP.  Budget of £60 million

Programme and Change Management responsibilities comprised managing the relationship between certain areas of the business areas of Billing, Finance, HR, Legal and Supply chain and the IT Outsourcer, IBM.  Budget of £24 million

 

Andersen Consulting, Dublin (now Accenture)

Programme Manager tasked to set up a new Call Centre for the General Accounting and Human Resource aspects of Andersen Consulting.  The project was of a Pan European nature and provided Andersen Consulting with a leading edge HR facility to support the company’s ongoing move to a global operation.

 

Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) for Sears, Leicester

Project and Change Management responsibilities with a brief to provide emergency assistance within a finance department that was under-resourced and lacking in certain skills.

Emergency attention was applied to a project that encompassed numerous sub projects, all essential to ensure integrity of the Financial Year End processing.  Adopted a strategy of ‘focus topics’ to maintain progress and focus upon delivery and introduced a structured, methodical approach that contributed to the success of the project in terms of quality, consistency and speed of delivery.

 

British Gas Transco, Solihull

Responsibilities for the conception, implementation and administration, with clerical assistance, of a Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure the quality of the projects deliverables

 

Barclays Bank

Within Barclays UKBS Cross Border Services consultancy provided consultancy within a project team set up to develop a high level Business and Operational Model for a PC based system which would handle Letter of Credit applications, Collections and structured e-mail.

 

Andersen Consulting for SearsCard

Consultant Project and Change Management responsibilities with Andersen Consulting IS Management team at Leicester.  This involved managing a team of analysts investigating the feasibility of a DataWarehouse for SearsCard.  The brief was to prove the feasibility of a DataWarehouse and then set up the appropriate project infrastructure for SearsCard permanent staff members to accomplish the project.

 

British Telecom, Martlesham Heath

Tasks included analysis of requirements, specification, design, development and validation. The consultancy brief was specifically to support the Programme System Design for BT's Work Manager System (WMS) in both network and customer domains; liasing with the developers, Work Management Programme, utilising local software where possible and providing a consultancy service for Software Through Pictures (STP) CASE tool.  Extensive use of a Yourdon Information and Data Model was made to methodically achieve modifications to the existing system.

 

Business Link Gloucestershire

Consultancy to the local government arm responsible for business development.  The specific brief was to set up a bespoke IT facility that could be used by local Small to Medium enterprises to introduce IT to their organisations with minimum risk
